HAIKO CORNELISSEN ARCHITECTURE is a New York-based office with Amsterdam roots where the knowledge of architects, historians, designers, builders, researchers, developers and engineers is combined into spatial solutions that empower communities. Our architectural solutions are designed to solve emerging spatial needs of perpetually evolving communities. The firm is currently involved in various projects throughout Europe and North America.

We offer full architectural services, ranging from initial Due Diligence and Conceptualization to Architectural Design, Construction Management and Master Planning.

Born in Amsterdam, Haiko Cornelissen is an architect licensed in the Netherlands and US, who studied at MIT and Harvard before graduating in 2004 from the Technical University of Delft. Haiko has worked for Artefactory in Paris, OMA in Rotterdam and Steven Holl Architects in New York and Beijing. He is teaching at Parsons the New School for Design, has taught at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture GSAPP and is also a visiting critic at Harvard, TU Delft, Cooper Union and Pratt Institute and has lectured at Harvard and the Brooklyn Experimental Media Center.
